| Music plays a large part in the lives of Sahaja Yogis. Many people sing and many play instruments. For some their standard is amateur and for some it is professional. But most people have found that Meditation enriches the experience of performing or listening to music. Shri Mataji recommends music with clear and soothing melodies. (Not live yet) Sanjay Talwar is a singer from India with a deep and melodious voice. Sanjay discovered Sahaja Yoga in 1984 and since 1986 has been recording or composing spiritually uplifting music.
