| Shri Mataji gave hundreds of talks while she was based in England, many of which were recorded. Some were lectures given at public meetings in the United Kingdom and around the world, while others were given at more private meetings with Sahaja Yogis. Some talks were recorded on audio tapes and some on videotapes. The recordings are available to those who practise Sahaja Yoga. |

Talks from, say, the late-seventies to early-eighties were often deeply informative about the mechanisms and experiences of spiritual evolution and about how to understand and overcome human problems. It is helpful to hear Shri Mataji's own words. There is a dual purpose in listening to the tapes, or watching them. Apart from giving information, the tapes have a purifying and soothing influence.
